I took out a pay as you go SIM on behalf of my son. And paid the first direct debit.
He is now going to take over the payments but I can't cancel as the text messages go to his phone.
I gave cancelled the direct debit but don't want to get bad credit for non payment.
I can't find any way of actually contacting anyone. I tried dialling 7777 but as I'm not on ID mobile myself the call doesn't go through. Is there a customer service number to call from non ID mobile numbers?
Can't even live chat as the app sends verification codes to his phone number
