I recently got a fone with a £20 contract,the idea being that when id used my allowance i would have to wait until the month after to continue to use,ive just had a text stating ive used my data allowance and any further data usage will be charged at etc etc.
My fones off until i figure this out,is there a way to cpa it to £20 a month as thats all i want to pay,if it isnt i might as well go back to pay as you go.

Hi Tommy, you can use the iD app or website, my.idmobile.co.uk, to set a cap of from £5- £75.
If you do reach your allowances before the end of each month, you could look at purchasing an add-on or changing your plan to something more suitable for you.
