Welcome to the Community!

For qualifying purchases, on the order confirmation page you'll see banners asking you to 'Redeem your offers'. These banners will also be included in your order confirmation email and in an email sent to you by iD 12 days after your purchase.

Click the banners in either of these emails and you'll be directed to Apple's website. Follow the steps to redeem your offer(s).

Hi, I also have not received the activation email for Apple TV and cannot see these banners you are referring to. How can I access this?
