How do I claim cashback?

I signed up to a deal where I get £8 off of my £16 bill. How do I claim it?

Hmm okay ​@Chudskii 

I’m guessing this might be due to them being busy. If its coming via email check your spam/junk as I’ve noticed gmail seems to putting quite a few in there when they shouldn’t. My wife found 4 from iD in hers last night.

Or do they give a contact method - might be worth chasing them! 👍

(AFAIK iD would have no input on this as it’s not directly through them)

    Depending on who you signed up with ​@Chudskii I would say any discounts would be automatically applied so you shouldn’t have to claim this.

     

    Or have you been told to ‘claim’ this? If so who did you sign up with - iD Mobile - Carphone Warehouse or another?

    Hi Daz, 

     

    I signed up through the Mobile.co.uk and it is saying that the "Not due yet" will change to "Due" and then I can claim it back. But, the payment was taken yesterday and it hasn't changed.
