I can't get anywhere. My phone does not allow calls. How do I cancel? There are not even clear instructions on how to cancel! Is there any way you can get their help? Can you just cancel direct debit and hope they talk to you?

When I try to cancel from PLAN it says The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.


Your support ID is: 1029464746309006215

 

How do you cancel if  cancelling is rejected?
