My iPhone has been stolen in the post. It was wiped completely following a repair, so I can’t access it via iCloud etc. Apple say that they can’t block the IMEI or even tag it as ““missing”. But they said that my carrier can block it.
I have the IMEI number. How do I actually contact a person at IDMobile to ask for it to be blocked?
