How do I keep my number?

I have a new phone and contract with different provider. How can I keep current phone number? Also should I use new SIM card or old ID SIM card in new phone? Thanks

Hello @Kb321,

 

Can you clarify, are you leaving iD Mobile to move to a new network provider?

 

If you’re leaving iD Mobile you wouldn’t use the iD SIM in the new phone, but your new networks SIM.

In this case, get a PAC code from iD Mobile by texting PAC to 65075 from the iD SIM.

 

Then give that to your new network.
