How do I know when my mobile number has been switched to Id Mobile?

3 days ago I received a text from ID Mobile informing me a request has been made to switch my number to ID Mobile. Since then I have not received any further correspondence. How long will it take to properly activate my account?

You can contact the Live Chat Team in the morning to confirm.

However it seems like it should complete tomorrow.

What date did you select to move the number over?

Number ports don’t take place on weekends or bank holidays.

If it was selected for yesterday or today I would advise allowing until tomorrow.

We can PM you here or you can contact our Live Chat Team if you would like us to check the port.
