how do i leave?

My reception has been getting worse and worse for months. Now I and my wife can’t make outbound calls at home and when we are out and about even though we have 3,4,5 bars we still can’t always connect to WhatsApp (connection wheel spinning) and forget streaming.

 

cant see a number to call anywhere…

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Alexeijanssen  

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
