how do I or can I access my ID acccount without sending me a code to my mobile (my mobile wont charge)

Hi, I would like to upgrade my phone, I cannot access my mobile as wont charge to get access to it.  So to log on to ID mobile it asks to send to email which I can get to but then sends a code to put on to my mobile which I cannot access. thank you

Unfortunately it wouldn’t be possible to register without the code we send you, you could try the SIM in another device to receive the text.

 

To process an upgrade outside the app, we’d recommend calling the sales team on 0207 1391 397 or visiting your local Currys store.
