how do i provide PAC after plan selected?

I want to provide my pac number  but iwhen I select ‘switch’ in my account, it says  a switch is already pending with no option to provide the paci.. I have not provided the pac code yet & want to keep my number

@Hosai W this still is t sorted. I have replied to messages & no one seems to understand the problem I am raising
