how do i receive the sign up currys voucher?


Recently bought a new pay monthly contract that included a currys voucher.

 

it did not arrive with the phone delivery, and haven’t received any emails.

 

raised a help ticket, and had a automated response to email another help desk. Kinda feels like I’m getting bounced around the system.

Same here.  I’ve not had any information about the currys voucher.

My offer isn’t listed on that page, although that page is useful as it seems I qualify for an Apple Music offer!

Hi Kash, if you can provide guidance on how to claim the currys voucher as advertised when I took the phone contract out, then it would be much appreciated.

Any Currys voucher we’ve offered would be on that page linked above, did you purchase via a third party site such as MSE?

I purchased a Google Pixel 8A which offered a £100 currys voucher.

@Wrighty263 is this the phone you bought? If so the details are on the offers link posted by @Tom and the voucher should be emailed to you by the 01/12/2024 as per the screenshot below. I am eagerly awaiting it too as our son wants a Nintendo Switch for Christmas and this will help massively with the cost of that.

  • What date was this ordered?
  • Have you checked your junk/spam folders for the email?

Hello! I have also not received my voucher. I purchased the monthly contract almost 7 weeks ago and still waiting to hear back. Can someone please assist as I am sure I won't receive anything unless I reach out on here like everyone else.

Hi Natalie,

Purchased on 1st December. Google Pixel 9.

Checked all spam and nothing came through at all. I've monitored it closely as wanted to buy a TV from Currys.

Received nothing at all. £100 Currys voucher hasn't arrived etc.

I'm hoping Natalie can help resolve this. I don't think the voucher was ever sent at their end. Worst case scenario, report to MSE perhaps.

I went on the live chat who were useless, told me to email address to send my issue to.

Waited 24 hours for an automated response that says if your concern is about a voucher email another email address.

Sent my email to that address, no reply 🤦🏻‍♀️ so annoying

I opened accounts through MSE for my son and my daughter that should have had a voucher, I've never had any emails about them.

 

Not sure where to.start looking.
