I’m currently on a monthly ID plan, but planned to cancel this, and switch to a PAYG ID sim, i also have a NEW mobile which is complicating things as the instructions only seem to refer to using the same mobile.
When i put the PAYG sim into my new (unlocked) mobile, it just says “not registered on network”
How do i register this sim on a new phone? (i bought the PAYG sim ages ago, and i no longer have the receipt, it keeps asking for a “receipt number” also, isn’t the number on the back of the card sufficient? If i don’t have the reciept number does this mean i can’t activate the sim?)
