How do I return an upgrade?

Hello, I have just had an upgrade through the web site but I am not happy with the phone. Am I right in thinking I can return it through Car phone warehouse? Also will i be able to upgrade to another phone straight away? Thanks.

Hi @Kay29

You can return your phone to Carphone within 14 days or directly to iDMobile within 30 days. I am pretty sure that there will be no problem with getting you a replacement through Carphone but they might need to have it posted to your address.
