how do i stop getting notifications from ID community?

I cancelled my contract 3 months ago but I am still getting emails from ID community. I can no longer access my old account via the app. I have tried the chat line and phoning the complaints number but I am still receiving these annoying emails. Can anyone advise how to get them stopped, I can receive in excess of 15 every day!

Maybe quicker to do-it-yourself, @Metalguru. Login to your iD Community account, and select the Settings option in order to adjust your notifications.

You’ll then be able to amend the Notifications

🤞

One way of doing this would be to post in this forum, and ask iD Mobile to DELETE your iD Community account, @Metalguru

Hi @Metalguru,

Welcome to the Community!

Please let us know if you wish for your iD Community account to be deleted and we can get it removed.

Yes please. But please ensure that the emails will stop if you delete my account.

Or write to ID Mobile’s DPO and ask to exercise your Right to be Forgotten.
