Since ive started my contract with ID I get emails from them constantly about stuff i have no interest in and I cant seem to find any settings to stop that. I dont need emails to show me how to check data usage or what perks I get with my contract. Is there a way to just stop all emails from them? Thank you

When you first join us, we do send more emails to help customers who may need the help, or may be interested in further details about what their contract and SIM can do. However, you should be able to scroll to the bottom and opt out of marketing if you’re not wanting to keep receiving these.If you’ve only recently joined us, then that’s why you’re receiving more emails now, and these will become gradually less the longer you’re with us.However, to turn off iD Mobile marketing emails,find the"unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the emailand click it. Alternatively, log in to youriD Mobile account onlineor theiD App, navigate to your account or profile settings, and adjust your communication preferences.Or, of course we can advise to simply ignore/delete them as you wish.Thanks,Tyler
