I’m getting two to three marketing emails every day. How do I stop them? Do I have to cancel my ID service and choose another provider?
How do I turn off all these marketing emails?

Hi
You can opt-out of receiving marketing messages from iD Mobile by editing your preferences under your account information.
Login to your account (online) and click on ‘Home’ (top Right Hand corner) and click on ‘View your plans’ (again, RH corner in blue).
‘Your Plans’ will show up and then click on ‘Edit Details’. Click on the green pencil (RH side) of the ‘Communication Preferences’ and then de-select all the ways you don’t want to be contacted by iD Mobile.
