We are being charged for a number that has not been in use since Dec 2024. How do I go about having this number cancelled asap

Hey there @Bone2b, typically, you’d need to login to the iD Mobile app/website to request a disconnection, or use a PAC code to transfer your number to another network, which then cancels the plan.
