How do you cancel a telephone number that you no longer use

We are being charged for a number that has not been in use since Dec 2024. How do I go about having this number cancelled asap

Hey there ​@Bone2b, typically, you’d need to login to the iD Mobile app/website to request a disconnection, or use a PAC code to transfer your number to another network, which then cancels the plan. If you cannot or don't want either, then we can look at sending you a PM to assist with the 30-day disconnection.

Pls pm me so we can’t start the cancellation. The phone hasn’t been used since Dec 2024… will I have to pay the £18 that’s outstanding & prob another month?
