How does an existing customer change plans

Hello I am an ID customer and have been for a long time. 

I have a monthly contract and pay every month by DD. 

I would like to change my plan with more data. 

How do I do this

We’d recommend using the iD Mobile app/website after having logged in/registered.

Hello Nat. 

I have had the app on my phone for over a year I have gone to play store and found an updated version. 

I have updated my app and I can see what I have to do now.
