How long do ID Mobile take to respond to complaints and technical requests?

I raised a complaint on Monday (ref:423575753) and also asked for the technical team to look into a query related to my lack of call access to 4G network. I was told it would take up to 48 hours for the technical team to respond and the complaints teams would respond within 3 days. It’s now over 3 days since I raised the issue and I’ve received no response.

I’m guessing that nobody from ID Mobile is interested in responding to this? Almost five days now and still no fix or response from the complaints team.

Thanks. I thought that would be the case, but I was holding out for some good news.

 

I think my last successful call was over a week ago before the 3G switch off in my area. It’s probably been five working days now, so I’ve requested my PAC code and bought a different sim. Might raise it with the ombudsman or Ofcom if I don’t get a response within the next week.

Okay @JHK, if you have opened a complaint, then to use the Communications Ombudsman you’ll need to wait until iD resolve the complaint (within 8-weeks), say deadlock is reached, or iD do nothing for 8-weeks leaving the matter unresolved. 

OFCOM won’t be too interested as network access is something all the UK mobile operators say can’t be guaranteed everywhere all the time, sorry.

Complaints are typically responded to within 7 days.

 

Tech tickets typically within 3 days, however that doesn’t mean your issue will be guaranteed fixed in that time, they may come back and need more information.
