How many accounts do i need?


How many accounts do I need to access the web, the app and the community forums?

One for each, as at this time they’re all separate platforms, however it isn’t mandatory to sign up to any of them.

I’ve not come across any company which requires multiple logins to access the facilities provided by the company.  Having multiple logins makes it more effort to do things like change passwords. Do you think this is a well designed ‘portal’ or is it done for the convenience of the developers rather than the customers?

Morning @Klumper,

Currently, there are 3 requirements for log-ins:

  • iD Mobile app & My Account Online
  • iD Community
  • iD Refer a Friend

Single sign-on for the iD Community is on our roadmap using the same log-in credentials as the iD Mobile app & My Account Online. iD Refer a Friend will always have separate credentials as it is powered by our partner Aklamio, and non iD customers can also refer their friends.
