141 isn’t available on the THREE network or any MVNO that uses the THREE network to supply their service. You need to configure your device to hide your number. Here’s how:

iPhone:

  • Phone > Show My Caller ID >  Disabled

Android:

  • Phone app > 3 dots top right corner > Settings > Calls > Additional settings > Caller ID > Hide number

How you hide your number varies on Android, depending on the manufacturer. The example given above is how to hide your number on a Google Pixel phone running Android 14.

Thank you for that but when I try to do that it says contact your carrier -I take it that means your provider and mine is Id sim card only?

What phone and OS version are you using?

I am able to select Hide number:

Made a test call and the number was withheld.

Are you pay go or pay monthly? Android version?

I believe on a Motorola the setting is located here:

Phone app > 3 dots top right corner > Setting > Calling accounts > iD Mobile > Additional settings > Caller ID > Hide number

Maybe try restarting the phone?

Thanks a lot - I got it now
