how to create an account when esim is in ipad so i cant receive text to validate

I want to create a login but I can’t as the eSIM is in my iPad and the text message to validate my account won’t appear as my iPad is associated with my apple account which is a different mobile number.

Request a replacement eSIM or physical SIM (which ever is compatible) to put in a mobile handset just so you can get the OTP to register for the app. Then once registered on the app request a replacement eSIM for your iPad. Note you can always pick up a physical SIM from a Curry’s store if you go there with proof of ID.
