How to downgrade my SIM only plan?

Hi,

Could you please advise how to downgrade my plan on my.idmobile.co.uk?

The information on the link below seems to be outdated, as there is no "Change my plan" button in the Plans menu.

I want to keep my number and SIM, and just downgrade my existing SIM only monthly rolling plan to a smaller data plan.

    The easiest way to change your plan is by contacting our Sales Team on 0800 049 0250, where they can assist you with downgrading to a SIM-only plan.
