New phone, asked to keep old number but it switched between primary and secondary!! Want my old number but not sure if it’s kept it. How do I find out and can I delete the other number. So confused. Wish I’d stayed with 02 now!

Maybe ask the iD customer care team about keeping your old number, using their online Live Chat service https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - the customer advisers work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays.
