how to I get old support messages

I connected to the chatbot, and then asked a question and waited for a reply, but I'm unable to find the reply or even that message stream. 

 

sorry just switched networks, new to this network

Do you know if you even connected with an actual adviser or were you just trying to get an answer through the Live Chat ‘How Can I Help?’ generic questions?
If you were trying to connect to an actual person then this would take quite a while as they are answering multiple customers questions at a time. Unless they connected to your chat then there will be no conversation/reply to retrieve.
If you don’t want to go through the Live Chat again to find an answer then place a post on the Community with your problem and I’m sure someone will be able to help (just remember DO NOT post any personal details i.e. email, phone number etc).

live chat, was connecting to agent, but was 45ish min, so kept try to remember to check back

Checked back and it was 20 mins left, then left it about a hour until I tried checking

When ending a live chat conversation, it gives the option to have the transcript sent to you via email, if you haven’t had this sent, this option was likely not selected.

I didn't end the chat, the chat just reopened with the chatbot

So you didn’t actually manage to talk to an advisor then?
Is there a reason you need to find the chat thread?
If you had managed to be in contact with an advisor and you didn’t answer them for a while they will ask if you want to close the chat and will wait until you have replied. As it reopened with the chatbot I can only assume it timed out with there being no contact.
You have 2 options...
1) Reopen another chat to talk to an advisor again. To get straight through to a person (instead of answering all the questions) type ‘talk to a person’ and it will connect.
2) Post your question here on the Community
