how to limit my son’s data

Hi There

what phone is he using? iPhone or Android? 
 

is he running over his data and it’s costing you extra?

He’s on social media all the time so I’m looking to limit that

OK well the easiest way to do that would be via parental controls which is called Screen Time on iOS, I’m sure android has something similar but given that I don’t know what phone he’s using, I won’t be able to tell you for certain

Hey there ​@Nwaokolo, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we cannot limit any usage our end I’m afraid. If he’s going over his usual data allowance, then you can set the bill cap to £0.00 or a lower amount to stop him from using more than that, but otherwise, we ourselves cannot limit any usage I’m afraid.
