When I check my data allowance it just says unlimited however I need to know how much I've used as I'm currently in Europe and therefore capped at 30GB so don't want to go over this. Thanks

Welcome to the Community!
You can check your data usage via the iD Mobile app but you’ll only be able to see how much has been used since your allowances renewed.
Alternatively you can check your data settings to see the data usage between specific dates.
