how to turn on roaming there is no "My Services"


it says. “To check that roaming's activated on your account, log-in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online, go to 'My Services' then 'Roaming'. If it's off, toggle it on. “ however when you go into the account and into the mobile app there is no tab that says my services.

I had no calls, no data, no usage of my phone while I was recently in France, it only worked if I was on Wi-Fi.

Unfortunately @Mark Swindells, it seems a lot of the online documentation still refers to the ‘old’ iD app and iD account online services. 

The project team seem fully occupied with sorting out issues with the ‘new’ iD app and iD account online, so documentation might be playing second fiddle.

Log in to iD app.

Small icons at bottom of screen. 

Select    'Plan'  icon

Next screen scroll down screen to see 3 choices, middle one is 'Manage your iD Services'

Select that and choose your options.

You might also need to turn on Roaming in your phone settings.
