When I select the option 'leave iD' I see attached weird error message. I am leaving iD and I need the PAC code ASAP.

Have you tried sending the text PAC to 65075, from the iD SIM with the number you want to keep,@Fardous Khan?

I have the same issue. I am leaving iD mobile and I need my PAC ASAP.

I have been requesting my PAC all day - via text or the app. I have received text message from iD asking me to try again. “We’ve encountered an issue processing your PAC request. This could be due to required maintenance or an unexpected system issue. Please try again later. We apologise for any inconvenience - iD Mobile”.

Can you help?

Hi there @LauFife

Try requesting the PAC but with your date of birth included, so PAC DDMMYY to 65075

Or to disconnect in the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, you can:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
  2. Tap ‘Plan’.
  3. Tap ‘Leave iD’.
  4. Tap ‘Get PAC code’ ← in your case or ‘Get STAC code’.
  5. Tap ‘Yes, proceed’.

Thanks for coming back to me, @Daz_S . However, please note that I mentioned in my post that I used text [with my data of birth included] and I logged in to My Account. That’s how I got these messages from iD to try again...

At 6pm yesterday, I used LiveChat and was asked to “allow a timescale of 48 hours for the [technical] team to action the request”. Fingers crossed.
