I am no longer receiving text messages from Co-op bank (since last week)

Hi,

I am no longer receiving text messages (OTPs) from Co-op bank (they were working last week).  I see at least one other person seems to have a similar issue.

Co-op say they are sending them.  These are important as I can’t do any banking without pass codes (which co-op only send via txt).

Other texts are working fine.

Can someone from ID investigate asap?

Yes - and various other things. 

 

It’s not just me.  Other Co-op customers have also logged calls saying the are not getting texts from the bank.

 

OTP texts from other online retailers/banks are working fine.
