I am not receiving any SMS codes

Hello, i switched to ID mobile a month ago and have had many issues regarding my Sim card. Now, I am not able to get SMS verification codes from apps like Whatsapp and NHS (i am trying to change my phone number associated with my accounts). Does anyone have any solutions? please help!

Hi ​@tay67  sorry to hear this. Have you tried a reboot? Can I ask what handset you are using please?

I haven’t tried a reboot. I am using an Iphone 13 with  ios 18 and the sim i have is a physical one

We did have some issues with OTP’s not being received recently, but this should have been resolved.

Is it all services you’re not able to receive these codes from, or just Whats App and NHS?

Can you try a reboot of your handset for me and let me know how you get on please ​@tay67 ?

how do i reboot my handset? i have only tried to recieve SMS codes from whatsapp and NHS but im assuming it is all services.

Sorry ​@tay67 , a reboot is just switching your handset off for a few minutes and switching it back on.
