I am in Japan and I tried to call to UK number or phone to Japan but it does not work.
Also I have tried to call to me but it say “do not recognize the number”.
International call is enabled on id mobile app. also there is a ¾ bars with “docomo” Japanese mobile carrier. It was the same in October when I came to Japan. How can make my phone work so that I can make or receive calls in Japan?

You’ll need to make sure ROAMING is allowed in your iD account, and also on your handset, and your bill cap/spend cap will need to be big enough to let you call the UK, or a number in Japan.
