I can't log in to my account


Hello, 

I am having trouble logging into my account - I have forgotten the password and it won’t let me reset it as it is saying that my surname and date of birth are wrong - they aren’t!

Please can someone help?

You’ll need to use the iD Mobile Live Chat service to ‘speak’ to an iD customer service agent, who’ll be able to look at your account.

The customer service agents work between 9am - 8pm weekdays - outside these hours there’s only a chat-bot. To ‘speak’ to an agent, type “talk to a person”.
