I can't log in to my daughters account since the new update

Same problem as Serena Purslow.  

I can’t log in to my daughters account online (crazykat08) since the new update.

Could she set up her own account, and keep her current number?

I currently pay her monthly charge.

Just checking did you register for the new iD Mobile app?

If not you’ll need to register again and hopefully that should fix the issue.
