If so, have you had the ‘Welcome to iD Mobile’ email/text to tell you that it was successful?The iD web site advises number transfers takeplace between 8am - 6pm, on the transfer dayIf you’ve been with iD Mobile for a while…….What phone do you have?Have you checked the coverage for your area?https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverageHas the 3G signal been turned off in your area recently?Is your handset on the approved list?https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/approved-handsetsCan you still use your data and send/receive texts?Do you have VoLTE (Voice over LTE) enabled on your phone as you need this to connect to the LTE (4G) network?You could also tryrequestinga replacement SIM as this could be the problem.Please be aware that your account will be put on hold (you will be unable to use that number)until the new SIM has been activated.There are a few different ways to get a replacement SIM.
