I can't receive one time passcodes

I transfered my phone number to ID mobile and I cannot receive one time pass codes. I have contacted ID mobile and they raised the issue with their technical team, but from the comments I saw is a very common problem that in most of the cases is not solved. I really don't know what to do because I contacted them on Thursday and still they haven't contact me.
