i cannot access my voicemail

Dialing my voicemail I get a brief message saying your network does not allow access to this number.

We would recommend checking the voicemail number on the device, it should be +44 7782 333 123.

 

What number are you calling to contact Voicemail?

Hi Annika,

 

 

that is the phone number used (it is linked in the txt I received notifying me I have a message). I have also used 123 from my mobile.

I have voicemail recordings saved, but they stopped saving some time ago. I have deleted most of the voicemail recordings  and retested, the system did save the latest voicemail. However dialling the voice mail number results in immediate disconnection as before. So people can leave messages. I believe I can access the recordings if they are saved, via the recording icon on my phone, but dialling the voicemail number does not work. I cannot retrieve my recent messages.

The messages left before I emptied my voicemail box.

Yes, it has been switched on and off several times.

After being saved I have waited a minimum of 10 minutes before changing back, then waited a further minimum 10 minutes before trying to access the voicemail number. No change.
