i cannot send texts to make donations to charity. what do i meed to add to my phone plan to allow this to happen?

Please tell me how I can send texts to charity to make donations.

Hi ​@Southway,

 

To send donation texts to charities, you'll need to make sure your bill cap is set above £0.00, as these messages are treated as premium-rate services.

 

You can change your bill cap by:

  • Logging into the iD Mobile app or your online account.
  • Going to Bills.
  • Selecting Manage Bill Cap.
  • Increasing it to an amount that covers the donation you'd like to make.

 

Once your bill cap has been updated, you should be able to send the charity donation text as normal.
