I cant call a virgin landline from my ID mobile

I can’t seem to call my elderly mother’s virgin landline anymore from my ID mobile. Please can someone assist

    Sorry to hear this, is this just this landline you can’t call? Are calls to other numbers/networks fine?

     

    You were able to call it previously while on iD Mobile, correct?

    I was previously able to call my mother but since I’ve changed her contract I can’t. I’m not the only one either, other landlines can’t. 
     

    I can call other landlines and

    mobiles so I don’t know what is happening

    It sounds like it may be an issue with routing.

    I would advise contacting our Live Chat Team for them to raise a ticket and have it investigated.
