i need it to create an account and its not in any emails and i havent gotten a receipt for my purchase

If you’ve received a new iD SIM card with your order @Marvelle Tonko, then just pop the SIM into a handset and call or text a friend/family member who should be able to tell you your number.

iD SIM cards for new connections are supplied already activated and are ready to use (subject to signal reception).
