i cant make phone calls

i keep getting the message you have run out of credit and cant make further calls, it only seems to happen when ringing business numbers

Thanks for getting back to me @George Gaduzo. In this instance I’d suggest some basic troubleshooting steps.

  1. Remove your iD Mobile SIM from the phone. Restart the phone. Reinsert your iD Mobile SIM.
  2. Try a NETWORK SETTINGS RESET.

If neither works, please contact our Live Chat team, who can raise a ticket with our technical team.

Morning @Susan Griffiths,

Has this issue been resolved? If the numbers you are calling are premium rate numbers (which some businesses are) you may be hitting your Bill Cap, preventing the call from connecting as you would otherwise be charged.

I cant make any outgoing calls - im not calling premium numbers - i don't know if its  signal problem as this is happening when all bars are showing  - there is an orange dot showing above the signal strength

How is this meant to help anyone, im not happy with ID mobile, no access to customer services, not great!!

I’ve been in touch with chat, they suggested I reset the phone, and I did that, nothings worked.
