i cant mske calls and have done everythibg in the advice

I’ve tried all the advice and still cannot make calls!! I tried 5G, 4G, 3G, WIFI. nothing works. Number was changed 2 days ago - all approved and still nothing. 
 

what more can I do?

Sorry to hear this, please could you detail “all the advice”?

 

Are you on an iPhone or Android?

 

Did you put the iD Mobile SIM card in before the number switched?

Hi Tom,  I did put the SIM card in before the switch, I’m using an apple iphone, and all the detail is switching my phone from 5g to 4g, restarting it after, and I changed another setting that I can’t remember what it was.

 

i will remove the sim and restart it again, thanks.

Can you please also check if your number is showing correct in the settings? 

Just go to Settings - Phone (you may need to select My Apps) and then My Number.

The number will needs to start with +44 and not 0, so for example, +447123456789.
