I haven’t been able to send or receive text messages. What I’ve read is that I should reset my network, I have an iPhone 15 and not sure what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just simply Pull out your sim for 10min and trying insert again and restart your phone and check if still persists upgrade sim wih 5G coverage

Is the issue only with texts?
When you go into phone settings, is your correct phone number showing?
