i cant upgrade it wont let me load the page

Kindly confirm if you have tried upgrading on both the App and website via the upgrade screen?

This is true, have been trying for weeks, just will not load at all

I’ve tried on both app and website and via my own laptop, none will load the upgrade page for sim only deals. The app will let you change your plan, but this only loads the 30 day plans which mirror what I am on, and exclude the 12 month deals which is what I was looking to upgrade to. Definate fault on the sites and pages as have tried every which way and it errors or loads a blank page.
