Okay @Yishouchen, iD send SIM cards using Royal Mail 2nd class post (without tracking).

Hi @Yishouchen

SIM only orders typically take between 3-5 working days and are delivered via Royal Mail.

If you don’t receive it in that time, we’d recommend letting us know so we can assist with a replacement SIM card.

Annoyed. Never publish your full e mail address on a public forum; common sense unless you enjoy receiving lots of spam e mails.

Hey there @Ibrahim Eltelawy, welcome to Community!

All SIM cards are delivered 3-5 working days from your order date. If it’s been longer than that, please contact us via our live-chat:

Please also refrain from posting your personal details on public posts, as we wouldn’t want people to be able to gain access to these important details. I’ve deleted the comment with your email address on in this instance to protect your data.

Thank you,

Tyler
