hi i upgraded my sons phone to a google pixle 8e it was ment to come with a set of ear buds and hasnt who and how can i find out whats happened here ?

It’s possible the warehouse has made a mistake,
Seems like the buds should’ve been supplied with the phone you ordered.
Maybe the iD online Live Chat customer advisers can help - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
