I have an iPhone 14 and I am not able to receive or make calls or messages. I can however do this through Facebook messenger and what’s app through mobile data. What can I do to resolve this?

Hi @NvpWheeler

Okay, please could you follow the below then try making a call.

Tap Settings > Phone > My Number.

Type you number with a 0 in front of it instead of +44.

Are Messenger and WhatsApp using a Wi-Fi network connection, or a mobile data connection, @NvpWheeler

Okay @NvpWheeler, perhaps 3G network has been switched OFF at your location. If so you’ll need to use VoLTE for calls.

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET?

The iOS user guide explains the iPhone reset procedures.
