i had a working phone

My phone worked fully about an hour ago now it's not receiving or making calls again.  Please sort it.  My mum is also on ID and is elderly and lives alone

Mine does not do voice calls since yesterday midday. The mobile is compatible, text messaging works and I have not changed any settings. Yet, in less than 24 hours at no fault of my own I missed a GP phone appointment I had to wait 2 weeks for and now I can not even ring the surgery to get an emergency appointment. They do not do walk-ins just like iD/3UK do not fix things despite announcing they did just that. In fact, they allegedly worked hard all night to mend things for their customers, they say. If you had not messed up in first place, there would have been no need for that. Besides, it is not fixed for me and evidently others neither!
