I have a default on my credit file which is wrong and should be removed

A default was registered on my credit file in April 2022, the contract i had was taken out with carphone warehouse Business in 2020 with a BUSINESS, i have the original emails, purchase order, confirmation welcome to carphone business etc etc, the company was contacted by carphone warehouse in 2022 to inform them that carphone warehouse was ceasing to trade. Someone in Admin cancelled the direct debit. After some time the company was told they owed ID MOBILE around 30 pounds and this was paid.After some time i found that a default had been registered on my PERSONAL credit file.I contacted ID MOBILE vial live chat and was informed that yes it would be removed. I contacted the credit reference agency and told them this and they informed me that they will also raise this with ID MOBILE. I then received an email from the credit reference agency saying ID MOBILE has refused to remove the default as they believe it to be correct.I then contacted ID MOBILE again via live chat, a representative, after i went through the same details again even though i had a reference number kept telling me the SAME thing over and over again “ID MOBILE DOESN’T OFFER BUSINESS CONTRACTS” i kept telling her that the original contract was with CARPHONE WAREHOUSE BUSINESS she then asked me to send her screenshots of the emails from carphone business which i did. She then reverted back to”ID MOBILE DOESN’T OFFER BUSINESS CONTRACTS” no matter how many times i tried nothing was getting through. I then contacted CURRYS BUSINESS who now own ID MOBILE the person i spoke to told me yes this had happened to many other people because of the confusion when carphone business ceased to trade and ID MOBILE took over.I was also told yes the contract WAS in fact a business account and NOT my personal contaract and the defauly should NOT have been registered to me but CURRYS BUSINESS could not remove it as ID MOBILE were the ones who put it on so only they could remove it.I have asked them to send me an email to confirm that the contract was a BUSINESS contract in the name of a business etc.How can i resolve this issue and get the default removed?
